Built in Europe, for Europe

PubliQio runs on EU infrastructure and is designed around European data-protection principles. This page describes how we work, in plain terms, not a legal statement.

How we approach it

EU-hosted infrastructure

Application, databases and AI processing run on infrastructure located in the European Union. We do not route your destination data to non-EU services as part of the standard product.

Data protection by design

We work from data minimisation: we ask for the least we need, record consent where it applies, and keep personal data only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for.

Our processing activities and retention periods are documented in our privacy notice.

Human review on every publication

AI produces drafts; people decide. Every piece of content passes a human on your team before it can be published. There is no unattended auto-posting.

Our approach to the EU AI Act

We treat the EU AI Act as a working framework: content is AI-assisted rather than fully automated, a person stays in control, and we aim to be transparent about where AI is involved.

This describes our way of working. It is not a claim of certification or a warranty of legal compliance.

We describe our practices here in good faith and keep them under review. For binding terms, see our legal and privacy pages, and ask us directly during a demo.
